Passion juice itself has a very strong sour taste, and the farmer adds a little sugar to it to create a sweet and sour taste, which is very easy to drink. In order to maintain the original flavor of passion fruit, the farm does not add unnecessary additives and only uses fruits and a small amount of sugar.

Akadama, a very common passion fruit variety in Japan, is characterized by low acidity and high sugar content. It is very delicious as a fruit, but unfortunately the sourness disappears after processing. Therefore, the farm uses another variety of topaz. This variety of passion fruit has a striking sour taste and can be made into juice without adding citric acid or other additives.
