Okinawa Arakaki Market Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions
(Effective Date: 10 March 2025)
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Okinawa Arakaki Market Loyalty Program ("Program") and apply to all members who participate. By enrolling, members agree to abide by these Terms, as well as all applicable Hong Kong laws, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
1. Membership Eligibility & Enrolment
1.1 The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid Hong Kong address.
1.2 Membership is free of charge and available to customers who create an account on Okinawa Arakaki Market’s website or through authorized channels.
1.3 Okinawa Arakaki Market reserves the right to reject or terminate any membership at its sole discretion if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
2. Membership Tiers & Benefits
2.1 Membership tiers are based on annual spending at Okinawa Arakaki Market:

2.2 Members must maintain the minimum annual spending to retain their tier. If a member does not meet the spending requirement, Okinawa Arakaki Market may adjust the membership tier at its discretion.
2.3 Membership benefits and privileges are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
2.4 Okinawa Arakaki Market reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue membership tiers and benefits at any time with prior notice to members.
3. Earning & Redeeming Loyalty Points
3.1 Members earn 1 point per HK$1 spent (CHURA-SAN Members earn 2x points per HK$1 spent).
3.2 Points expire after 12 months and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
3.3 Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

3.4 Points redemption is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless specified.
3.5 If a purchase is refunded or canceled, the corresponding points will be deducted from the member’s account.
4. Referral Program
4.1 Members may refer new customers and receive 500 bonus points upon the referred friend’s first purchase.
4.2 Referred customers must spend at least HK$500 for the referral to be valid.
4.3 Okinawa Arakaki Market reserves the right to disqualify referrals suspected of abuse, fraud, or duplicate accounts.
5. Special Perks & Engagement
5.1 Birthday Discounts: Automatically applied at checkout (10-20% depending on tier).
5.2 VIP Flash Sales & Exclusive Offers: Available for SEA TURTLE & CHURA-SAN members through Shopify-integrated discounts.
5.3 Early Access to New Products: Eligible members will be notified via email and website updates.
6. Account Management & Termination
6.1 Members can check their points balance, tier status, and available rewards by logging into their account.
6.2 Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting customer service.
6.3 Okinawa Arakaki Market reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member’s account in cases of fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 Okinawa Arakaki Market collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486, Hong Kong laws).
7.2 By enrolling, members consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their personal data for marketing, membership administration, and promotional purposes.
7.3 Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting customer service.
8. General Terms & Legal Compliance
8.1 Okinawa Arakaki Market reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with reasonable prior notice.
8.2 The Program is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
8.3 Okinawa Arakaki Market shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to the cancellation of points, benefits, or membership.
