Okinawa Winter Blue Sea🌊Cafe Limited Menu Thoughts after eating🍽️
Bone Studio, a cafe located in Sai Ying Pun, will provide a limited menu themed #OkinawaWinterBlueSea starting from November 26th! Today we will take you to try the dishes and drinks included in the limited menu. Friends who are interested should remember to try it in person! !
🌊When you come to the Okinawa Sea Bounty Mizuun Haru Yu Cold Noodles, you can first order the cold noodles recommended by the store manager. Once served, you will see the soup and cold noodles dyed blue by butterfly pea flowers, just like the blue sea of Okinawa~ The cold noodles are made similar to Korean cold noodles. Before eating, please remember to add the sauce on the side to the soup. (The owner specially blends the Japanese style sauce, which has a fragrant sesame flavor, and is sour and sweet, which is very refreshing and appetizing. ✨🌱 ), scoop up the wasabi and eat it first!
As for side dishes, there are half a soft-boiled egg, crab sticks and water clouds provided by our restaurant! They use sushi vinegar to simply season the water and eat it with cold noodles to add a crispy texture𠻹~
🌊Okinawa Sea Breeze Viennese Coffee When you come to the cafe, of course you have to drink coffee☕~ This cup of Vienna Coffee is my favorite💖💖💖! ! It is an improved version of Viennese coffee limited to Okinawa. The cream on the topping is added with Okinawa sea salt whipped cream, and chocolate syrup is added. The drink has a lot of butter flavor😳! With the sweet espresso coffee underneath, the drink is very rich~
🌊Toasted Marshmallow Okinawa Brown Sugar Latte Cup Brown Sugar Latte certainly tastes great and is perfect for checking in📷! The marshmallows and brown sugar on top are roasted with fire, giving the coffee a burnt aroma. The latte below uses nutty coffee with a mild taste, even if you are not used to coffee or are afraid of bitterness. You can try them all! 😉
🌊Freshly baked brown rice tea and red bean cake with Okinawa sea salt ice cream is a very common combination. It looks simple but delicious🥰! The taste is very well balanced. The brown rice tea cake is not too sweet and has a little bit of apple meat as decoration🍎. It will not feel boring when eaten alone. The sea salt ice cream is not too salty and makes the throat uncomfortable. The sea salt is salty. The flavor is well balanced with the sweetness of Vanilla. You can have red beans and cake together, you can have a piece of ice cream and a piece of cake, it’s so delicious if you order them together~😋
🌊Okinawa Sea Breeze Lemon Cake and Cheese Pudding Parfait
Another favorite of the editor is this parfait😍! When I dug into the pudding, I found that it turned out to be a super creamy pudding with a very strong egg flavor𠻹(Jinzhong editor's taste💗). The next layer was lemon cake, cream and lemon sorbet, and the taste suddenly changed. It's so refreshing, and you don't get tired of eating it so quickly~ The next layer has Okinawa sea salt ice cream, and there are some crumbs in the ice cream to increase the taste, which also neutralizes the salty taste of the ice cream. The bottom layer is brown sugar jelly with a relatively light taste. As a finishing touch, it can clear the taste of the noodles in your mouth. I personally think it is quite good! 😘
In the end, we didn’t try the Okinawa brown sugar hand-cranked ice cream, so I’ll leave it to everyone to try it🥹!
