Shipping Method | FAQ
Free shipping to Hong Kong on orders over $350 (add $18 for delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and outlying islands). Orders under $350 will incur a $50 shipping fee.
Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Please consider carefully before placing an order for short-term items. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Our store uses SF Express for shipping . After shipment, the tracking number will be sent to your email.
Customers who only buy products at room temperature
You can fill in your residential address, SF Express store address, or SF Express self-service locker address.
Customers who purchased frozen goods
You cannot fill in the address of a SF Express self-service locker. For SF Express stations, please check whether they provide cold chain delivery services.
