Volumn "Crystal" and "Supreme" are sakes matured for one year in stainless steel tanks. They are white rums with a distinct raw flavor.

Before bottling Crystal wine, water is diluted to 37% to adjust the concentration of the wine, and then filtered with activated carbon, diatomaceous earth and paper filters at room temperature. The flavor is clean and crisp with a hint of sugar cane.

It can be drunk neat or over ice, or used as the basis for cocktails such as mojitos and daiquiris, sweetened with syrup or fruit to accentuate the sweetness of the drink. It can also be drunk with tonic water or juice, or with sugar-free soda. It goes well with lime, so we recommend adding sliced ​​lime.
