Taragawa MAKUGAN sake 300ml
This refreshing and sweet sake is made from 100% Hideki sugar cane (さとうきび) produced in Miyakojima.
When you smell the fragrance, you can feel the sweetness of the fragrant cane juice, and the mouth is full of mellow aroma. Both yeast and raw materials are exclusively produced in Miyakojima.
The product name MAKUGAN (まくがん) is the dialect of Miyako Island, which means coconut crab. It is a protected wild animal. The sake brewing takes the concept of valuing nature as its core and emphasizes environmental protection. It specially uses coconut crab as the concept to design product packaging , thereby awakening people's care for the environment and recognition of local culture.
How to drink
Serve straight, on the rocks or with water. It can also be mixed into cocktails.
