Okinawa Cuisine Small Classroom👩🏻‍🍳Okinawa Awamori ①

Awamori is Japan's oldest distilled spirit. Because it contains no sugars or proteins, it is lower in calories compared to other brewed spirits. It also contains fewer impurities, making it less likely to cause a hangover. Whether enjoyed neat or with ice or soda water, it is equally sweet and refreshing. Awamori aged for 3 years or more—"Koshu"—is especially fragrant and mellow.

Today, let's make two refreshing and delicious desserts and drinks using Awamori. Why not try it and experience another kind of fun with Awamori!
