Awamori is Japan's oldest distilled spirit. Because it contains no sugars or proteins, it is lower in calories compared to other brewed spirits. Awamori aged for 3 years or more—"Koshu"—is especially fragrant and mellow.

Lemon Awamori Special Drink

Material:
- Okinawa Awamori 150ml
- 50ml lemon juice
- 150ml of soda water
step:
- First add the foam, then add the lemon juice and soda water, and stir well.
- Add ice and enjoy.
Okinawa Awamori Chocolate

Material:
- Chocolate bricks 100g
- butter 8g
- Light cream 2 tablespoons
- Okinawa Awamori 2-3 tablespoons
- Chocolate powder Appropriate amount
step:
- Cut the chocolate brick into small pieces with a knife, place them on a hot water bath and heat until melted.
- Add butter and light cream to the chocolate in step ① and stir until smooth. Then pour in the custard and mix well. (You can adjust the amount of custard according to your preference.)
- Line the mold with parchment paper, pour in the chocolate from step ②, and then refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
- After taking it out of the refrigerator, cut the raw chocolate into bite-sized pieces with a knife, and then sprinkle cocoa powder on each side.
