Sea grapes and island tofu appetizer

Material:

  • sea ​​grapes (as needed)
  • Okinawa tofu (appropriate amount)
  • One spherical radish
  • Olive oil (as needed)
  • Salt as needed
  • Coarsely ground black pepper (appropriate amount)

step:

1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, boil them in boiling water, and then drain them in a colander to remove excess water.
2. Place the island tofu from ① on a plate, add the round slices of radish and sea grapes, and finally drizzle with olive oil and seasoned with salt and coarsely ground black pepper.




Sea grapes and smoked salmon appetizer

Material:

  • 1 cucumber
  • Smoked salmon (as needed)
  • 1/8 of an onion
  • Potatoes (Detailed) 1
  • about 1 tablespoon of milk
  • sea ​​grapes (as needed)

step:

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into appropriate sizes, and then boil them in water (the water level should not cover the potatoes; just enough to see them above the surface). Chop the onion, rinse it with water, and drain off any excess water.
2. After the potatoes are cooked, drain the water from the pot, then mash the potatoes with a masher. Pour in the milk, heat over low heat, and stir with a spatula until the mashed potatoes become smooth. Turn off the heat. Finally, add the drained onions and mix well.
3. Use a peeler to cut the cucumber into long, thin slices, then use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water.
4. Place smoked salmon and mashed potato balls on cucumber slices, then roll them up.
