Okinawa Cooking Mini-Lesson 👩🏻🍳 Okinawa Sea Grapes Episode 3

Sea grapes are a specialty of Okinawa, nicknamed "green caviar" because of their unique crisp texture, similar to caviar. Biting into these beautiful little green berries releases a fragrant, briny aroma. They can be enjoyed with a vinegar and soy sauce dressing or as sushi, offering a delightful texture. They can also be paired with tuna, sashimi, and other seafood, adding a beautiful visual appeal when plated.
Today I'm sharing four sea grape recipes with you, including appetizers and desserts. Let's create a wonderful sea grape feast together!
