The base is made with wamori and shochu liqueur, and it is pickled with domestic Nanko plums and Osuke plums.

pitaya Mimi plum wine is based on Awamori plum wine, with the addition of Okinawa dragon fruit (red) and blackcurrant to create a sweet and sour aftertaste.
