Iheiyajima Mozuku Noodles 160g
Somenoodles are made from Okinawa Mozuku in Iheiya Island, Okinawa. Mozuku is rich in minerals and has the highest fucoidan content among seaweeds. Ipingya Village is recognized as the stronghold of Mozuku, and a large amount of Mozuku is carefully selected by the Ipinga Village Fisheries Association when making noodles. Iheyajima is the northernmost island in Okinawa. The island is surrounded by coral reefs and is rich in seafood. Every year, sea turtles come to the shore to lay their eggs.
The noodles are made only from Mozuku and wheat flour, and are kneaded using the moisture and stickiness of the water clouds. No salt or other ingredients are added, so the noodles have a unique slippery texture and are delicious.
Cooking method <br> Boil the water for about 7-8 minutes before eating. It will taste better after being cooled by the river. It's delicious whether it's soup noodles or cold noodles.
