The jams at Zeitaku Jam Factory are all carefully selected from 100% Okinawa fruits and carefully made bottle by bottle by craftsmen.

Shikuwasa jam is made with the peel, and the beautiful green color comes from the peel of the green Shikuwasa. The fresh, sour, and slightly bitter taste is unique to Okinawa citron. Each bottle of jam uses approximately 10-12 Okinawa Shikuwasa. The pineapple jam is made from about half a ripe Okinawa pineapple.
